How to: Improve Every Aspect Of Your Life (Basic Method)

This is the basic method for improving every aspect of your life. This information can help everyone who reads this, regardless of what condition or situation you are in. This method is critical to those who are in a dire state and need to improve themselves, their health or their mindset immediately. This is a work in progress but I am publishing it now because there are so many people struggling currently. I will update this page from time to time as needed. This method is simple and will work for everyone, the advanced methods are tailored to the person and the condition. My name is Clint and I am The Lion And The Light. Now let’s get to work.
1. Do Breathing Meditation Everyday
I like Wim Hof because he is a likable guy and he explains the concepts well. You can pay for the service or just learn from YouTube. Doesn’t matter how you do it, but we need to start getting more oxygen into you (and the places in your body that have been deprived of it for years) as soon as possible. Here is a quick exercise to “reset” your nervous system and a link to Wim Hof’s website. This is similar to the breathing meditation you should do everyday except the push ups during the breath hold phase will help to alert your body that it needs to recalibrate itself. This exercise is a good way to start things off.

I am not affiliated in anyway with him or his company. I just like the way he presents the information that people need. The breath work is essential and the cold exposure is very good at fighting inflammation.
2. Sweat Everyday
You need to sweat. Sweating kills bad things in your body and removes toxins. There is no substitute for this. The difference between healthy people and unhealthy people is that healthy people sweat. Your body does not work properly if you keep yourself at a comfortable temperature all the time. This allows bad things to grow in your body and soon little problems can become big problems. Do you know what bad bacteria and viruses hate? Dying at temperature. That means to be healthy you need to be killing them with heat and then getting rid of the toxins through your sweat. Pathogens will die at temperature before you do.
You can sweat anyway you want to. Many people in the chronic illness community buy a cheap, portable sauna. Here is one I have used, generally it is best to buy a cheap one until you can afford a better one. I do not use cheap IR saunas because typically the EMF radiation they emit is more than I am comfortable exposing myself to for long periods of time.
Here is a study that shows that men who did a sauna 4 to 7 times a week had a 50 reduction in cardiac and “all causes” mortality over those who did not do a sauna at that frequency. The things that are best for us, like sweating, are as old as time. For the overwhelming majority of you, you do not need a new medicine or novel treatment to fix your problems. The old ways work better.
3. Fix Your Gut
You are losing nutrition through your gut lining. Also if you have autoimmune issues it is almost certain these issues are primarily caused by (or greatly exacerbated by) leaky gut. Your gut basically is your immune system. It is where you body identifies what to attack and what not to and it is where your brain (and all your other organs) get the nutrition it needs to survive. Again, there is no substitute for this step if you want to be healthy and improve. You need to fix your gut. Here is my article on how to do it.
4. Give Your Body the Nutrition It Has Not Been Getting
You need to make up for deficiencies in your diet by supplementing. No matter how well you eat you are not getting the nutrition you need. Sufficient nutrition is no longer in the soil we grow our food in (nor does it make its way to the livestock we eat). This applies to everyone but particularly those with chronic illness. Here is a video with my old Lyme (and Co) protocol as well as the vitamins and other things I take to maintain optimal health. There is information in this video to benefit everyone regardless of what conditions they have or do not have. You should think of sugar, alcohol and processed foods as poisons and avoid them as best you can. Avoid or limit milk if you can (a gallon of milk can have the same amount of estrogen in it as a birth control pill) avoid soy for the same reason (phytoestrogen). If you are a person with chronic illness do keto (short term) to get a handle on your issues and figure out what works, then transition to high fat/high protein and low carb. That is what I did/do.

5. Exercise As Much As You Can to the Best of Your Ability
You need to exercise to the best of your ability. If all you can do is walk then do that as much as you can. If you are capable of doing greater exercise then do that. At a bare minimum you need to exercise for 20 minutes three times a week and then move up to 45-60 minutes (or more) at least five times a week. You can do it. Start small and keep at it.
6. Drink More Water
You need to drink more water. A lot more than you are probably already drinking. I drink a gallon a day. This is imperative for your health as every cell in your body needs water and even more so if you exercise and take herbs/supplements/etc. If you already drink a lot of water (and your urine is usually clear instead of yellow or straw colored) then continue to drink the water but add more salt into your diet. The salt will also help those of you who have blood pressure that is typically on the “lower than optimal” side. If you have high blood pressure but still need salt in your diet then eat raw garlic once a day (up to one clove) to reduce your blood pressure. Doing this worked far better than prescription blood pressure medication for me.
7. Speak the Reality You Want Into Existence/Say Your Mantra Everyday
Strengthen your mind and keep your thoughts disciplined all day and all night. You will be relentless and your thinking will only be on victory at all times. If you have not done so already, read this so you understand how to retrain your thinking and why you should do it. Do your mantra at least once a day in the mirror and replace any negative thoughts with it. The mantra must be true and it must get you to your goal. Your mantra will be what you make real in this world. The only people who don’t believe this works are the people who were never brave enough to face themselves.
There is power in consistency that we will never fully understand. The muscles grow stronger when you repeatedly do the same exercise over time. The mind gets stronger when you repeatedly think the same positive thoughts. Soon the muscles get so strong that they can allow you to do amazing things in the physical world. Same thing with the mind, only it isn’t bound to just the physical world. You can make them both incredibly powerful with work and consistency.
Be honest with yourself, make your mantra and then get to work. This is how we retrain your brain to win, by putting in the work.

8. Remember Your Reason
Remind yourself daily why you want to keep going/fighting/winning. If you haven’t found your reason then do so immediately. Once you have your reason remind yourself every day why you are doing, all throughout the day. If you are all alone in the world, you have no family or they hate you or abandoned you and you are sick and feel hopeless then I will give you your reason:
Your reason is to help other people who are going through what you are going through right now.
Or what you have been through.
There are other noble reasons, but none is more noble.
Get back in the fight, Warrior.
9. Eliminate Negativity In All Forms
Cut out everyone and everything that is negative or creates negativity in your life. There can be no tolerance for poisonous thoughts/deeds or words in this process. When you become stronger you can allow some people who exhibit this behavior around you in order to help them overcome their issues, but in the beginning they are not allowed around you at all. Allow nothing and no one to interfere with what you are doing. Just like you cannot heal from mold toxicity while living in a moldy house, you cannot heal and improve every aspect of your life in a poisonous environment (be it physical or metaphysical). You will make yourself so strong that you can help almost everyone you meet one day. You have a lot of work to do and you do not have time for simple minded people who are jealous of what you may become.
Be calm. The universe will bend to you when you are calm. Know that you are going to win and think and act with that confidence. Know t hat It is not that you MAY win, it is that WILL win. Your will is that which will make make it so. Make it an inevitability and everything will move itself to be where it is supposed to be.
10. Be Relentless, Work Hard, Never Give Up and You Will Win
Keep your thoughts disciplined and keep working and you will win. Never forget that.
